Warm Dynamo Ltd Terms and Conditions for Boiler Installation Services

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between warm
dynamo ltd and the customer ("Client") for boiler installation services. By accepting the
installation service, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Scope of Services
The Installer agrees to provide boiler installation services as detailed in the project
quote. The scope of services may include the physical installation of the boiler, basic
system testing, and brief operational instructions.

3. Disclaimer of Liability
The Installer disclaims any responsibility for existing or future issues related to the
heating system after the installation.

This includes, but is not limited to:
a. Pre-Existing Conditions: The Client acknowledges that the Installer is not liable for
any parts of the heating system (including but not limited to piping, radiators, and
existing plumbing) that were not included in the installation scope but may impact the
system's performance.

b. Future Malfunctions: The Installer does not guarantee or warrant that the boiler
installation will prevent or resolve future malfunctions or issues in the heating system.
The performance of the new boiler may be affected by various factors, including but not
limited to changes in usage, existing infrastructure, and weather conditions.

c. Third-Party Equipment: If the installation involves interfacing with third-party
equipment (e.g., thermostats, water heaters), the Installer is not liable for any issues
arising from such equipment.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

a. Provide the Installer with full information regarding the existing heating system,
including any known issues.

b. Ensure that the installation area is clear and accessible.

c. Be aware that the Installer's services do not include repairs to any pre-existing
conditions or systems not addressed in the original agreement.

5. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Installer from and against any
claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from or related to existing
conditions or future problems in the heating system.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United kingdom without regard to its
conflict of law principles.

7. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining
provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Warm Dynamo LTD for boiler installation, the Client
acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this
Agreement.
